I joined as the first employee and built product and design from zero—finding PMF and scaling a Direct-to-Employee benefits marketplace. Consumer-grade commerce, AI bill comparison, and virtual card became core to adoption and ARR growth.

Employer benefits weren’t helping employees where they actually make financial decisions — in everyday consumer purchases tied to their paycheck.
OUTCOME
We built a Direct-to-Employee commerce model that treated employment as purchasing power. By connecting brands willing to offer private pricing with employees through their employer, we created a win-win channel that drove real savings and scaled to nearly $10M ARR in three years.
