This collaborative vision and execution resulted in the app achieving a 5-star rating, reflecting both exceptional design and user experience.

Apple Watch Nike+
I partnered closely with Apple during the launch of the first Apple Watch—prototyping early concepts that were featured on stage at WWDC—and helped establish wearables as a powerful acquisition channel for Nike+, driving both growth and engagement for Nike.

Drove strategic integration with Apple Watch Nike+, fueling millions of co-branded device sales and establishing Nike as the premier fitness brand within Apple’s ecosystem.
Guided Runs
I helped conceive and develop the Guided Runs feature from the ground up, enabling Nike Members to explore a curated catalog of runs that offer personalized guidance and motivation. Whether it’s a Nike Coach providing expert tips to help set a personal record or an exclusive Daft Punk playlist designed to make miles fly by, we built an extensive library of audio experiences. Users can effortlessly load a run with a single tap and dive into a fresh, engaging workout every time, transforming the running routine into a dynamic and enjoyable journey.

Leveraged gamification features—like leaderboards, badges, and streaks—to demonstrably boost user engagement and retention.
Vivint
Sr. Director of Product and Design | Vertical Lead Core Apps
2017 - 2020
At Vivint Smart Home, I led the Core Apps product team and oversaw product design across five cross-functional experience teams—spanning both hardware (industrial design) and software (UI/UX). We built AI-powered smart home solutions focused on reducing stress and creating peace of mind around what matters most: your home and loved ones.
Results
Elevated perceived app quality with 4.6-star ratings on both the iOS and Android stores, reinforcing improvements in usability and reliability across platforms.
Defined a bold future-state vision for the Vivint mobile experience, transforming it into the unified control center of the smart home. I established a multi-phase roadmap that aligned engineering, design, and executive leadership behind a cohesive user experience strategy.
Previ
VP of Product and Design
2022 - 2025
Joining Previ as the first employee, I took the helm of product and user experience design, shaping the core of our offerings from the ground up. My leadership was pivotal in identifying and refining our product-market fit, ensuring that our solutions directly addressed user needs and delivered a highly valued experience. Through strategic design and user-centered development, I helped create a net-new Direct to Employee (DTE) channel for financial wellness benefits offered through partner employers.
Results
Joined as the first employee and helped guide Previ from zero to product-market fit, shaping a benefits marketplace spanning enterprise mobility, home and auto insurance, and consumer goods.
Scaled the business to nearly $10M ARR in 3 years, with 30K+ mobile lines active on the platform and a customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 stars on Google.
AI Bill Comparison
Previ’s unique AI-driven feature enables prospective members to upload a copy of their current consumer mobile bill and instantly receive a detailed cost comparison for switching their mobile service to Previ. Leveraging advanced AI-data extraction and analysis, the system identifies key plan components, usage patterns, and fees from the bill, then accurately models and contrasts these with Previ’s tailored offerings. This seamless, transparent process simplifies decision-making, allowing users to clearly see potential savings and benefits without manually comparing complex plan details.
Virtual Card Program
We developed a pioneering virtual card program that enabled prospective Previ members to seamlessly pay off their existing equipment installment plans on consumer mobile plans. This innovative solution allowed users to transfer their current device payments directly to their new Previ account, simplifying the transition process and reducing financial barriers.
By integrating this virtual card into the onboarding experience, we created a streamlined, first-of-its-kind system that enhances customer convenience and supports Previ’s goal of delivering flexible financing options in the mobile device marketplace.
The Drop
Previ has launched a groundbreaking Direct to Employee (DTE) experience that allows employees to shop as if they were part of other companies, breaking traditional barriers in corporate retail engagement. This first-of-its-kind platform enables unique access and tailored shopping opportunities across a wide network of participating organizations, enhancing employee benefits and fostering cross-company connections. The innovation reflects Previ’s commitment to redefining employee-centric commerce by delivering personalized, inclusive, and seamless buying experiences directly to workers regardless of their employer.
